Led by director, Anthony Waugh, whose deep roots in the building industry and extensive hands-on experience have shaped ProLiving’s holistic approach. A qualified carpenter, Anthony spent over a decade refining his craft across multiple facets of construction from site management and contract administration to cost planning and project delivery. His experience managing large scale residential and commercial projects on Australia’s East Coast, including high-rise and luxury developments, broadened his technical expertise and informed his meticulous project management style. In 2010, his achievements were recognised nationally when he was awarded for Building Excellence by the Australian Institute of Building.
Anthony’s vision for ProLiving has always been to remove the complexity from the building process, creating a seamless and transparent experience for clients. This philosophy led to the development of the ProLiving design and construct process, a proven framework that guides clients from initial concept to final handover with ease and confidence. Every step, from site analysis and concept design through to construction and interior detailing, is handled in-house by an expert team who share a passion for precision and design integrity and is evident in the 29 industry award wins.
