In 1990, Bill’s son, Brad Kane, assumed the helm of the company after years of invaluable experience working alongside his father. Building upon the family legacy, Brad propelled J&B Projects to new heights, undertaking ambitious projects and delivering awe-inspiring luxury homes. Through it all, our dedication to excellence and transparency has remained the cornerstone of our success.
Today, after 50 years the addition of Brad’s talented nephew, Billy Baulch plays a pivotal hands-on role within our project team. This seamless transition ensures the continuation of our time-honoured tradition.
